Climate and Human Rights: multiple connections, multiple solutions

Climate change, pollution and biodiversity loss increasingly threaten human rights, in particular those of disadvantaged population groups in the Global South. This high-level event of the German Federal Foreign Office makes the case that a strong civil society is crucial to demand ambitious climate targets. Speakers from various stakeholder groups will engage in a meaningful dialogue on the multiple connections between climate and human rights and provide perspectives on possible solutions.
