Mr Ralph Regenvanu

Ralph Regenvanu is Vanuatu’s Minister of Climate Change, who is leading Vanuatu’s Initiative to bring climate change to the International Court of Justice and previously chaired the development of Vanuatu's National Sustainable Development Plan. He is an expert in cultural heritage management with a focus on safeguarding intangible cultural heritage and human rights.In 2013, as Minister of Land and Natural Resources, he reformed land laws of Vanuatu to protect traditional owners and their customary land.
