Farah is managing partner and director of Dayma a Eco-Education social enterprise that provides alternative educational immersive programs and experiences to learners of all ages with the objective of reconnecting with self, nature and community. Our programs are built to connect people to their surroundings, help them understand environmental challenges and find opportunities for learning, adaptation and meaningful intervention. We aim to build a multigenerational, multidisciplinary community of environmental stewards, citizen scientists and biomimetic innovators in an effort to build towards a more sustainable and just world. Farah is a partner and current director of Dayma, she is passionate about creating experiences that resonate with people and help them find wonder and inspiration in the world around them. Through the pandemic Farah has been pushing Dayma to adapt and evolve through finding opportunities and collaborations to jumpstart long planned programs focused on building capacity with community partners, hosts and professionals in Dayma's network to get involved with citizen science and biomimicry in an effort to build more active impactful environmental stewardship opportunities.
