Mrs Raquel Breda dos Santos

Federal official of the career of Public Policies and Governmental Management of the Ministry of Economy, the General Coordinator for Global Development Institutions of the Secretariat for International Economic Affairs Raquel Breda dos Santos has a degree in civil engineering from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, specialization degrees in International Relations, from the University of Brasilia, and Public Policy and Governmental Management, from the National School of Public Administration, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Mrs. Breda dos Santos worked at the Ministry of Environment from 1994 to 2017, where she served in the Office of International Affairs, the Brazilian Forest Service and the National Water Agency, and as Director of the Department of Sustainable Production and Consumption. Since 2017, she has worked at the Secretariat for International Affairs of the then Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, which was merged with other sectoral ministries at the beginning of 2019 and became the Ministry of Economy.
